My visual research with polaroid starts from the idea of possibility other than one that reality captures. A
mirror through which the deformation can return an intimate reading of the landascape/object/subject
photographed, irremediably altering what the gaze collects.
I often work on the manipulation of Polaroid film either in development or in post production with
sources of heat, cold, bleach, using tempera, glitter and multi-material collages.
