Call For Entry
THEME: Step into the future of the image at Cluster’s highly anticipated photography fair, where we invite you to embark on a journey through our overarching theme of “Metamorphosis”. In a world increasingly shaped by technological advancements and societal shifts, photography serves as a powerful tool for capturing the essence of change and evolution. At Cluster we are Open to all revolving themes and ideas, all styles, genres and creativity.

ELIGIBILITY
We are accepting all contemporary artists worldwide, amateur and professional. All forms
of contemporary art are accepted.
Prizes: We are delighted to offer a fantastic prize through this open call. Wall Space L 3m x H 2m; printed label; 5 printed images (A3 or smaller) + frames.
Digital Membership: 1-year digital membership with online shop + technical support
Residency Programmed: With this application you also enter for the Cluster Photography Artist-in-Residency 2025/26
GUIDELINES
Cluster will provide Free printing and Free framing for the selected exhibitions. Also, Cluster will provide the artist with a description label and will handle all digital marketing for them.
The photographers who are selected into the exhibition by the jury panel will provide a high
resolution Tiff or JPEG file for our gallery to print. Furthermore, the artist will be asked to provide all information necessary for Cluster to be able to promote them.
If there is a sale inquiry, the photographer will be notified
Before a sale is confirmed, edition information will be discussed with photographer, the
photographer will be sent an authentication document to be signed and go with the print to
the collector. No sale or printing of file will happen without prior consent and agreement of
photographer. All rights remain to the file and print with the photographer, to be used only
with their prior consent.
FILE AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTED PHOTOGRAPHERS
All work must be available for sale. Cluster will take a 30% commission of any sales.
Cluster shall have the right to use for its purposes any image(s) of any artwork that is
photographed during the fair. Artists will retain all rights in terms of attribution and
ownership of any images of their making in all other respects except those stated herein.
